I’m non-binary, but I lacked the confidence to say it in 2016 when I came out as female; it felt wrong but I knew, and still know: I’m not male.

I briefly presented nb in 2020. I’ve decided to own it. I’m more confident now. They/them but she/her is still OK (legacy/deprecated).

I briefly alluded to it in my previous article aswell: Better respect for non-binary people, in defense of human rights

To those readers of mine who don’t know about transgender people, and especially non-binary people, you may benefit from reading that article, linked above, if you’re curious that is!

That’s really all I have to say. It’s a very boring revelation actually. I already came out once before, in 2016, but as a trans woman. Back then, I was very insecure and frightened what others might think, but my experience afterwards told me that there is truly nothing to fear.

If you want to read my original coming out message in 2016, here it is: https://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/libreboot/2016-05/msg00004.html
